Sublimotion – Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza
The world’s first gastronomic performance, Sublimotion, created by 2* Michelin chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo Gonzales, launches a new concept this season with a refreshed proposal starting on June 1 at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. ‘Heritage’ gives name and soul to the new experiential proposal that returns to the roots of dining with the aim, once again, of enhancing the pleasure of sharing time and food around a table.
After 10 years leading the evolution of the gastro-immersive show, Sublimotion embraces this legacy and tradition to reinvent it using the latest technology in a subtle and measured way, in an ode to gastronomic excellence. A step further intended to honor good customs as inspiration for a more coherent and thoughtful evolution. Highlighting the value of well-executed work, without rush, with the utmost respect for the product and preparation times, where tradition and avant-garde coexist in a constant balance.
To complete this unparalleled culinary proposal, Sublimotion will collaborate with the Pernod Ricard group, responsible for pairing with Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, thus consolidating their relationship for another year.



More than a decade of work and experimentation by a multidisciplinary team, which has contributed to the transformation of the sector and continues to be a reference and inspiration on five continents. A commitment that has been maintained since its inception, surprising and exciting national and international audiences in a unique, differential, and constantly evolving adventure.
Sublimotion, located in the hotel operated by Palladium Hotel Group, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, will open its doors this season from June 1 to September 30. After 11 years in this same location and several seasons in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, Sublimotion is immersed in an expansion plan and finalizing openings in new international locations in the coming months.
