To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Maison Goutal, Angelina’s pastry chef Christophe Appert thought up an exclusive creation based on rose and pear, iconic notes of the celebrated perfume Petite Chérie, even the shape is based on the original silhouette of the butterfly ball flacon.
The founder of the Goutal brand, Annick Goutal, used to take her daughter Camille every Wednesday after school to Angelina, where they enjoyed the pastries made at this mythical tearoom on Rue de Rivoli. This collaboration dates back to that time…


Chef Christophe Appert imagined a crunchy almond and vanilla sponge cake inspired by the famous Goutal butterfly ball bottle. Inside, the two pear jellies and a pear and vanilla mousse match with a rose topping and a white chocolate flock. While tasting, the rose and pear come up first, iconic notes of Petite Chérie perfume. Then, the secondary notes of vanilla and freshly cut herbs follow to complete this extraordinary olfactory and gastronomical experience.
Petite Chérie will be available at Agelina from the 1st to the 30th September 2021.
