La Belle Juliette – Summer terrace
The Hotel & Spa La Belle Juliette (4*) opens every May its charming Summer Terrace and bar. Located in its restaurant, Clos Belle Juliette, this secret garden is immersed in a natural environment at the heart of the very Parisian 6th district, a marvelous place that bewilders because it’s what is called an unexpect place.
The cuisine is also a surprise since chef of the year 2009 according to Pudlo, Flora Mikula, proposes a chic snacking of Italian food. Antipasti, pasta, salads and foccacie are among the main courses, while tiramisu and panna cotta are the classics for the dessert. The bartender is a renown barista: Victor Delpierre.
A master in mixology, M. Delpierre specializes in mojitos. So you will find a rather well assorted menu of mojitos made with arranged rums by Baristéa, which are coffee and tea flavored rums. This green oasis is open from 16 till midnight during the week, and on Sundays there is only the bar, from 16 till 21h.
