According to Greek mythology Orion was a huntsman of great beauty and unbridled violence. Zeus transformed him into a heap of stars which became the famous Orion constellation. Lebanese couture designer Ziad Nakad pointed his inspiration towards the celestial equator in order to conceive his spring-summer collection whose garments are an explosion of stars.

Sumptuous night gowns most of them, the Ziad Nakad apparel reflects a cumulous of pastel colors, silvery, champagne and black fabrics decorated with an embroidery focused on lustrous stones. A royal lineage emanates from the dresses which recall of ancient, epical stories unfold in a mythical era of kings and swords. Pieces created for special occasions, the Ziad Nakad woman sees herself as an ascendant star.
