Prunier Paris

The French house Prunier is recognized as one of the most reputed caviar purveyors worldwide. The founder, Albert Prunier, opened in 1872, near the Opera Garnier, the first oysters and champagne bar in the world. Decades later, in 1918, his son Emile managed to own the concession to distribute Russian caviar in France. By 1921 he realized that in the Gironde rivers sturgeons grew consistently. Such was the origin of French caviar.

Just before a century of this event, Prunier is eager to present a couple of new caviar boxes: 15 and 80 grams. The idea: to open the caviar market to a wider range of people. Both items will be available from November 24th in a reedition of the 1921 original box.
